Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on AI, developer platforms, or productivity tools.
  • Experience building products that leverage LLMs, and utilize advanced AI capabilities to deliver impact for customers 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer and business-oriented approach, ensuring the product delivers value to all users and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Ability to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, ship, and iterate quickly in an Agile, high-velocity environment.
  • A user- and outcome-focused mindset with a track record of translating technical potential into real business value.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

**Working Hybrid - 3 days a week from the office**

Responsibilities

As an AI  Product Manager, you will:  

  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap and development cycle, including ideation, customer validation, and collaboration with R&D. This encompasses writing specifications, designing UI, optimizing UX to achieve business goals, and overseeing product launches and monitoring.
  • Partner with Data Scientists and ML teams to build products that use Conversational AI to power intelligent voice interfaces, automate complex workflows, and deliver natural, human-like interactions in real-world enterprise environments
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach by translating requirements into actionable product development tasks. Prioritize efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer feedback, strategic initiatives, and business constraints.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for voice automation and AI-powered process optimization.
  • Prioritize product decisions based on strategic goals, data, Market research, and user feedback.
