About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Operations Associate to join our team at aiOla. In this role, you’ll play a key part in streamlining and optimizing our day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes across teams run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and HR, providing hands-on operational support and helping turn data and insights into actions that drive company success. This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to the business side of a growing tech company and make a real impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or an analytical role (internships also count!).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Great organizational and communication skills — you know how to keep things moving and people informed.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HubSpot or Apollo is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a genuine curiosity to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of cross-company operational initiatives.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help define, implement, and monitor key business processes and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and leadership.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure alignment, smooth communication, and timely delivery of operational tasks.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office and maintain a welcoming, efficient work environment.
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and track expenses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor management, and procurement processes.
  • Assist with Sales Operations and Go-to-Market activities — track leads, prepare reports, and ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Business teams.
  • Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of internal workflows.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, translating business needs into actionable plans.
  • Support HR efforts such as recruitment logistics and employee wellbeing initiatives.
