About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic yet execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving awareness, demand, and adoption of aiOla’s solutions across multiple channels, supporting both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies.

You should thrive in fast-paced environments and be equally comfortable crafting go-to-market strategies, executing marketing campaigns (both paid and organic), developing compelling content, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and AI teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (experience in voice tech or AI is a plus).
  • Native English speaker – a must.
  • Proven experience in supporting both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and go-to-market motions.
  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with content development, digital marketing tools, social media (LinkedIn, X, Reddit), influencer marketing, and CRM/automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end and meet tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product capabilities, feature releases, and vertical-specific solutions.
  • Define and own product messaging and positioning to clearly differentiate aiOla in the market.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, paid media, events, and more—supporting both Sales-Led and Product-Led growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create high-impact sales enablement materials.
  • Lead event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Produce and manage content, such as case studies, product pages, blog posts, and customer narratives.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to inform positioning, pricing, and product roadmap decisions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data and insights.
  • Strengthen aiOla’s brand presence as the leading Conversational AI company in the enterprise space.
