Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with substantial experience in fast-paced startup environments, specifically in product-based companies, including leading the product function through a successful growth phase.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, with a strong understanding of how to build and scale AI-powered products.
  • Experience with voice, audio, video, or streaming technologies — strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, ideally working with enterprise customers.
  • A proactive, outbound mindset—skilled at exploring market opportunities, validating ideas, and forging strategic partnerships.
  • Experience balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution—comfortable staying close to the product while driving the bigger picture.
  • Highly business- and customer-oriented, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive aiOla’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead outbound product efforts and act as a customer-facing product leader—driving ideation, partnerships, and market validation outside the organization while
  • engaging directly with enterprise clients to understand challenges and identify new use cases.
  • Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation, validation, and prioritization to launch, GTM strategy, and iteration.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to strengthen product-market fit, support customer implementations, and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay deeply involved in hands-on product work—writing specs, shaping UX, and validating solutions with real users.
  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical, hands-on execution—ensuring every product initiative drives measurable business value
