aiOla (and its affiliates) (“aiOla”, “us”, “our” or “we”) respect the privacy of our Site and Platform users (“User(s)” or “you”) and are committed to protect our Users’ personal information. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use about you when you use our Site and Platform. Please note: The Platform is made available to (i) individuals who have engaged directly with aiOla for their own use; (ii) individuals who have engaged with aiOla on behalf of their organization (i.e., their employer or an entity to which they provide services) (the “Customer”); or (iii) individuals whose organization (i.e., the Customer) has entered into a separate agreement with aiOla for the subscription of the Services (as defined below). In cases (ii) and (iii), the Platform may only be used by you in connection with your employment with, or provision of services to, the Customer and within the scope of services subscribed for by the Customer, and the Personal Information (as defined below) collected from you via the Platform is collected and processed exclusively on behalf of the Customer, and is used by aiOla solely for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and to fulfill our contractual obligation towards the Customer. All such Personal Information may be made available by aiOla to the Customer (your organization) and thereafter the Customer shall process such Personal Information in compliance with its distinct privacy policy and the data governance standards it maintains as an independent controller of such Personal Information. We disclaim any responsibility for the Customer’s use of the Personal Information, data processing activities, or compliance obligations which reside fully with the Customer based on its receipt and subsequent control of any Personal Information transferred from aiOla. If you have any questions regarding Customer’s Personal Information processing activities, or if you wish to exercise any of your rights under applicable law with respect to your Personal Information, please contact the Customer (your organization) directly. 

  • Your Consent (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) details how your Personal Information collected via the Site and/or Platform is used and processed by aiOla.

TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF YOUR ORGANIZATION (I.E., THE CUSTOMER), YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT THE CUSTOMER ENSURES THAT ALL ITS PERSONNEL WHO ARE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM HAVE REVIEWED AND AGREED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE CUSTOMER HAVE OBTAINED ALL REQUIRED CONSENTS UNDER APPLICABLE PRIVACY LAWS FOR THE COLLECTION, USE, STORAGE AND OTHERWISE PROCESSING OF ALL SUCH PERSONNEL’S OR OTHER PARTIES’ INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

  • Which information we may collect on our Users?

We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:

  1. Non-personal Information. The first type is non-identifiable and anonymous information. Non-personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering into and/or using the Site and/or Platform (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-personal Information. 

  • You may access and browse the Site and/or Platform without disclosing personal information, although, like most websites, we passively collect certain Non-Personal Information from your devices when you access and browse our Site and/or Platform, including: (i) technical information such as the type and version of your device and its operating system, the type of browser, screen resolution, device browser and keyboard language, Wi-Fi connectivity and the type and name of your device and/or browser, etc.; and (ii) behavioral information which may include the User’s click-stream on the Site and/or Platform, the activities of the User on the Site and/or Platform and additional information of a similar nature (collectively, “Technical and Behavioral Information”). We may also use third-party service providers such as Google Analytics to obtain detailed analytics on the device and the User’s behavior on the Site and/or Platform. 

  • Please note that we or our third-party service providers will collect such Technical and Behavioral Information by using certain tracking technologies, such as cookies, as further detailed under section ‎11 below.

  1. Personal Information. The other type of information we collect is individually identifiable information. To put it simply, this information identifies an individual or is of a private and/or sensitive nature (“Personal Information”), including: 

    • Personal Information which is provided consciously and voluntarily:

  • Communications with aiOla: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of any communications with us, by any means, including by contacting us via the Site, Platform, telephone or email or through our social network pages or otherwise.
  • Contact Us Form: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide us while filing the “Contact Us” / “Book a Demo” forms available on our Site and/or Platform (including, without limitation, the User’s full name, phone number, email address, organization name, job title and any text you wish to insert). Additional information may be requested via such form in the future. 
  • Information collected directly from you via the Site and/or Platform: We will collect any information you voluntarily provide us as part of your use of the Site, Platform and Services. Personal Information may be collected from the details you provide while using the Platform’s Tools (including, without limitation, Personal Information included as part of the text uploaded to the applicable tool (such as, “Text to Speech”) and/or audio recording uploaded to the relevant tool (such as, “Speech to Text”)). Please note that all this information may be transferred and made available to the Customer for its independent use.
  • Our newsletter and other commercial materials: you may voluntarily provide us with your full name, email address, job title, organization name and phone in order to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive commercial materials from us and our partners. 
  • Information collected from the Customer: In order to grant you access to the Platform, we may be required to receive certain Personal Information about you from the Customer, including your name and contact details. Please note that we do not verify, and cannot verify, the accuracy or completeness of the aforementioned information.

  • Personal Information collected via technology: 

  • Identifiers: during your use of the Site and/or Platform, we will access, collect, process, monitor and/or remotely store online identifiers, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, your Unique Device Identifier (UDID(, or other unique identifiers, for security purposes and analytics and in order to provide you with targeted advertising of our services.
  • Geolocation data: during your use of the Site and/or Platform we will access, collect, process, monitor and/or remotely store “geolocation data”, including through the collection of IP addresses and other similar information to determine your location for analytics, advertising and security purposes. Please note that we may also analyze your IP address and other similar data, using our third party service providers, in order to determine the name of the company whose IP address you have used to browse to our Site and/or Platform, for the purpose of locating prospects and in order to analyze our Site’s and/or Platform’s traffic. 
  • Technical and Behavioral Information: to the extent that the Technical and Behavioral Information (detailed above under Section ‎3.1) will be linked to or associated with a specific individual, then such information will be considered as Personal Information. 

  • Please note: 

  • We may cross-reference your Personal Information with other Personal Information we may have about you. Any Non-personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists. 
  • We may use third-party tracking services and usage logs, to track and analyze data from Users of the Site and/or Platform and for purposes of security and fraud prevention and for marketing purposes. We may also use cookies to gather information regarding your use of the Site and/or Platform and the information for which you searched and accessed (for more information please see in section ‎11 below). 
  • If the Personal Information you provide us includes information about others, you are fully and solely responsible for providing all necessary information notices to affected data subjects and obtaining the required consents under applicable privacy law from data subjects for the use, processing, sub-processing and storing of their information in accordance with this Policy.

  • How Do We Collect Information about Our Users?  

There are a few main methods that we use in order to collect information: 

  1. We collect information through your entry, connection, access and/or use of the Site and/or Platform. In other words, when you access or use the Site and/or Platform, we are aware of your usage of the Site and/or Platform, and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage. For example, when you use the Site and/or Platform, we gather your Technical and Behavioral Information.

  2. We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, we collect Personal Information that you provide via the “Book a Demo” form on the Site. 

  3. We collect information from Customers. We may receive certain Personal Information from the Customer (i.e., the organization who employs you or to whom you provide services), in order to enable the operation of the Platform. For additional information, please refer to the Customer’s applicable privacy policies and notices.

We may gather, collect and store such information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.

  • What are the purposes of the collection and processing of information? 

    1. Non-personal Information is collected and processed in order to:   

  • Use it for statistical and research purposes, learn about the preferences of Users and general trends on the Site and/or Platform and for customization and improvement of our Site; 
  • Enhance the User’s experience on the Site and/or Platform; and
  • Keep the Site and/or Platform safe and secured against fraudulent and criminal activity.

  1. Personal Information is collected and processed in order to: 

  • Provide our Services and enable the operation and constant improvement of our Site and Platform (including by improving and training our artificial intelligence and machine learning models, for the purpose of enhance our Services and develop new features); 
  • Respond to your inquiries, requests, comments and suggestions;
  • Add your contact details to our mailing list for the purposes of sending you information about our products and services by email, SMS, phone, through web-browser notification or through the post. You have the right to opt-out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in such messages or by contacting us at: [email protected] 
  • Display ads and send you offers. We may also use your Personal Information in delivering third party advertisements to you. This may include “targeted ads” based upon your interactions with our Site and/or Platform that may be displayed on third party platforms and across devices; 
  • Send notifications to Users, including push notifications, text messages and emails;
  • Personalize your experience on the Site and/or Platform;
  • Ensure that the content on the Site and/or Platform is presented in an optimal way for you and for your device (e.g. tablet, mobile phone);
  • Conduct online surveys to better understand your needs, and how we can modernize, innovate and improve our services.
  • Conduct internal operations, such as: troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and statistical analysis;
  • Email tracking. We may use tracking technology within the email we send you in order to improve interactions with you and to better understand whether our emails were opened and read, and such tracking may include capturing the time and date in which you opened our email messages and the type of device you use to open such emails. 
  • Keep the Site and/or Platform safe and secured and for prevention of fraud and crime;
  • Comply with our legal obligations and in order to be able to protect our rights; and
  • Maintain our data processing records and general administrative purposes.

  • Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties

    1. aiOla respects your privacy and will not disclose, share, rent, or sell your Personal Information to any third party, other than as permitted under this Privacy Policy. 

    2. In addition to using the information collected by us for the purposes described under Section ‎5 above, we may also share your information in the following cases: 

  • Customers: we may share some of your Personal Information with the relevant Customer, as described above. 
  • aiOla Personnel: Personal Information that we collect and process may be transferred to, or accessed by, personnel of aiOla for the sole purpose of enabling the operation of the Site and/or Platform and to contact you (as detailed in Section ‎4 above). Please note that all relevant personnel of aiOla that will have access to your Personal Information are under an obligation of strict confidentiality with respect to such Personal Information.  
  • Service Providers: Please note that we collect, hold and/or manage Personal Information through our authorized third parties’ vendors, consultants and data processors who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation, companies that provide analysis services and cloud hosting services, and solely and limited to providing us with such requested services, and not for any other purposes. Such service providers may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. For more information regarding our service providers, please refer to Sections ‎7 and ‎8 below. 
  • AI Tools. Please note that any data (including Personal Information) that will be submitted, processed and generated as part of the Users’ use of the AI Tools may be ultimately be processed by the AI Tools’ service providers. Such service providers may maintain legal documents that govern their use of such data and their processing practices. Please note that we do not have any control on, and will not be liable for, the manner in which such service providers will process said data and, to the extent applicable, their compliance with the terms of their policies. As such, as further mentioned under the Terms of Use, please refrain from sharing Personal Information when using such AI Tools.
  • In addition, we may share Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement or terms of service between you (or your organization) and aiOla, and to defend against any claims or demands asserted against us by you or on your behalf; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of aiOla, its Users or the general public; (e) respond to claims that any content available on the Site and/or Platform violates the rights of third-parties; and (f) by virtue of undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of aiOla; or (g) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure. 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, aiOla may use Non-personal Information and transfer and disclose it to third parties at its discretion, including without limitation for statistical, analytical and research purposes and for customization, developing and improvement of the Site and/or Platform.

  • Your Rights

aiOla acknowledges that applicable law may provide you with certain rights relating to your Personal Information, including the right to access, modify and/or delete the Personal Information we collect and process about you. If you wish to access or to correct, amend, or delete Personal Information, please send us an email to: [email protected], and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, but in any event no later than permitted by applicable law. 

  • Location of Your Data 

The information collected about you by aiOla, including Personal Information as detailed in this Privacy Policy, may, in whole or in part, be transferred to, and further transferred, to aiOla’s suppliers and third-party service provides (as further detailed under Section ‎8 below), across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Please note that we may transfer such information to such third party who is located in a country and jurisdiction that whose laws do not ensure the same level of protection as the level of protection under the privacy protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and you consent to such transfer of information. Any transfer of data will be in accordance with the safeguards permitted under applicable privacy laws. 

BY SUBMITTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO AIOLA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE, IN JURISDICTION WHERE SUCH CONSENT IS REQUIRED, TO SUCH TRANSFER, STORING AND/OR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

  • Third Party Service Providers 

During your visit to our Site and/or Platform, we may use third party service providers, who may collect, store and/or process your information, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Such third parties may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. 

Such third parties’ software or services may include without limitation the following categories of service providers (please read such third party service providers’ terms of use and privacy policies to understand their privacy practices): 


  • Links to Third Party Websites 

The Site and/or Platform may contain certain links which permit Users to leave our Site and/or Platform and enter non-aiOla sites or services. Most of such linked sites and services provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy governing the use thereof. It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using those sites and services, inter alia, in order to know what kind of information about you is being collected.

  • Social Features 

Our Site and/or Platform may include social media features, such as Facebook, Youtube, and LinkedIn links (“Social Features”). The Social Features are operated or allow for social integration with certain third party social networks or third party Sites (“Social Networks“). These Social Networks are created and maintained by third parties who are not affiliated with and/or controlled by aiOla. If you enable this integration with such Social Networks, your use of the Social Features is subject to the applicable third party Social Network’s terms of use and privacy policies. You should ensure that you read their terms of use and privacy policies to understand how they treat your information and in order to understand the methods for changing the privacy or sharing settings on such services. If you do not agree to the practices described in such terms you should not allow the Site and/or Platform to interact with such Social Networks, however you may find that you are not able to enjoy all the features that may be made available via the Site and/or Platform. You understand that where you allow interaction with any third party Social Network, we may share data about you with your contacts (and vice versa) in order that you may enjoy social elements. This data may include, inter alia, your name and your social media profile picture. By using the Social Features, you hereby agree and understand that the applicable Social Networks may collect certain Personal Information, such as your IP address, Non-Personal Information and may set cookies and/or other web tracking technologies to enable the functionality of the Social Features. Such Local Storage which may be used by the Site and/or the Platform may store non-personal information (such as the different pages viewed by a User within the Site and/or the Platform) as well as User persistent identifier, which will be collected in accordance with the terms specified herein.

AIOLA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR FAILURE TO STORE OR THE THEFT, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION.    

  • Minors 

The Site and/or Platform is intended for Users over the age of sixteen (16). Therefore, aiOla does not intend and does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under this age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under this age are not using the Site and/or Platform. 

  • Direct Marketing

You hereby agree that we may use the contact details you provided us with (including, without limitation, e-mail address) for the purpose of providing you with commercial and/or non-commercial materials related to our current and/or future activities and/or services. You may withdraw your consent by sending a written notice to our e-mail address at: [email protected] or alternatively follow the instructions for removing yourself from the mailing list which are available in the message transmitted to you.

  • Data Retention

aiOla will retain the Personal Information for as long as we are confident that it is accurate and can be relied upon. Personal Information which is no longer required for the purpose for which it was initially collected will be deleted unless we have a valid justification to retain it which is permitted under applicable law, such as to resolve disputes or comply with our legal obligations. Aggregated and/or anonymous information derived from your use of the Services may remain on our servers indefinitely.

  • Changes to the Privacy Policy 

aiOla reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently to check for any changes. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Site and/or Platform or we will send you an e-mail regarding such changes (to the extent that you provided us with such an e-mail address). Such material changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our Site and/or Platform or sent to you via e-mail, whichever is the earlier. Otherwise, all other changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” and your continued use of the Site and/or Platform on or after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
